Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie By Michelle
In a blender, combine the following ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth:
Breakfast Smoothie
1/2 frozen banana
2 Tbsp organic unsweetened peanut butter
1-2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups "milk" or 1/2 cup plain yogurt and 1 cup water
1-2 scoops of protein powder
1 Tbsp flax oil or 2 Tbsp ground flax seed
8 ice cubes
